SIXTY YEARS OF DETAILS AND ACCESSORIES

The restyling of the Reca logo is expected for the next season. After joining in August 2018 the Mainetti Group, an international retail solution company, Reca Group led by general manager Paolo Diacci is preparing to celebrate its partnership by redesigning the symbol of its corporate identity.

Reca Group, passionate about the world of fashion accessories since 1960, is committed to developing production techniques and technologies for the customization of labels, tags and packaging, regarded as symbolic expressions of brand style and identity.

Reca Group, with its worldwide production and logistics facilities, ensures constant availability and distribution of a complete range of accessories.

Focused on innovation, Reca Group already undertook new investments in the world of Radio Frequency Identification (EPC/RFID, NFC, SECURITY TAG), a technology that uses radio frequency to identify information recorded in microchips applied to tags and labels.

The new advertising page essentially concludes a journey, celebrating the 60 years of creativity that Reca Group has dedicated to labels, hangtags and packaging, symbols of brand identification.

Processo Virtuoso

On 12 September the PROCESSO VIRTUOSO (VIRTUOUS PROCESS), the sustainability summit organised by the Mainetti Group in partnership with Reca Group, was held in Milan. The event tackled the issue of the whole group’s activity plan for developing a successful eco-sustainable production project.
Welcoming the many guests was writer and radio and TV presenter Paola Maugeri. The meeting examined the environmental crisis through testimonials and the solutions offered by the expert speakers. The explorer Alex Bellini presented the project 10 RIVERS 1 OCEAN, telling of the urgent need to fight “the plastics” and communicate a new sense of understanding and respect for our planet. The creative solutions of LABORATORIUM by Bibi Ronchi’s firm Chiron immersed the participants in the sustainable imagination of the new trends for winter 20/21. The day was enriched by the collections of Clara Merlino Fantoccoli, a historical manufacturer of green fabrics, and by the Napapijri MADE FOR CHANGE programme, which through the words of Elisabetta Baronio, sustainability & CSR coordinator of the VF corporation, documented the need for circular business models. Following on, Serena Loquercio offered a testimonial of the experience of ISKO, global denim manufacturer and the only member of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition in Turkey, representing one of the world’s first manufacturing companies to obtain a performance score meeting the FEM environmental standards. The day ended with the environmental projects and future vision of LIFEGATE, the strategic sustainability consultant that, with Reca Group and Mainetti, underlined the favourable elements for developing a successful eco-sustainable project: REDUCE, RE-USE, RECYCLE.

ECO SUSTAINABILITY

A better world is possible, and above all it can be improved. Reca Group, a company specialized in creating labels, hangtags and packaging is convinced of it. In a time when reducing the environmental impact has become a priority for the production chain, Reca Group concretely cares for the social and environmental sustainability of its products. After a series of eco-friendly collections presented in the past seasons, Reca Group launches the new concept A better world is possible and extends its sensibility for the environment to all its products, using raw materials natural and low toxic as well as production techniques that respect nature. Reca Group, from luxury to denim, becomes more eco-friendly by using an “eco-sustainable” production chain that with respect to the international regulations is also paying attention to the environmental impact that accessories can have after their use. 100% recycled paper, certified papers from well managed forests, fabrics in silk, cotton, gauze and bamboo fiber, eco-sustainable colors, soya and water inks or free of AZO colorants, nickel free metals, silicone, latex and non toxic plastic materials, phthalates free PVC are some of the new protagonists in the better world strongly wanted by Reca Group.
