A truly immersive experience for understanding a divine nectar whose origins are rooted deeply in history: this is the awesome opportunity which the legendary Dom Pérignon offers its guests in the company’s new Atélier. The series of workshops will be open to a few selected participants fortunate enough to study inside the hallowed spaces of the Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers Abbey, the splendid monastery where the monk Dom Pérignon created his first sparkling wine in the 17th century. The passionate disciples of delight (12 for every day of the workshop) will be able to visit some of the key places in the process of the champagne’s production and conservation, and will be guided through a tasting session of Dom Pérignon Vintage.
