City Guides, TAILOR-MADE FLORENCE
This is a guide published by Gruppo Editoriale, with the collaboration of Four Seasons, and its mission is to guide us to sixty-eight selected artisan workshops and ateliers in the historic city centre of Florence, citing them as “extraordinary hives of skill, attention to detail and the quest for absolute excellence.” Structured in seven sections, dedicated to décor, pottery, lighting, jewellery, couture, leathers and perfumery, the guide is filled with first-hand accounts of their work by craftsmen, accompanied by a fine collection of photographs by Dario Garofolo.
La guida, edita da Gruppo Editoriale, con la collaborazione di Four Season, ci accompagna alla scoperta di sessantotto selezionati laboratori ed atelier artigiani del centro storico fiorentino, “luoghi straordinari del saper fare, della cura del dettaglio, della ricerca dell’eccellenza assoluta”. Articolata nelle sezioni décor, pottery, lighting, jewellery, couture, leathers e perfumery, la guida si compone di un’interessante serie di testimonianze artigiane, accompagnate da una ricca collezione di scatti realizzati dal fotografo Dario Garofalo.
