It is the new frontier of  termo adhesive clothing. For A/W 14-15 Reca Group, specialized in producing labels, hangtags and packaging, introduces the new “Seamless label” collection made with thermo-adhesive polyurethane film. Light, ultra thin and very elastic, designed for decorating garments, fashion and sports accessories, the thermo-adhesive polyurethane is the new technology for the creation of seamless garments.
The “Seamless” collection  labels are UV-resistant and weatherproof; suitable for washing and dry cleaning, tumble dry and ironing. They are suitable for seamless-application on products made with natural or synthetic fabrics, and they are tested for being in direct contact even with the delicate baby skin.
Reca Group started a research in the field of heat-transfer microinjection-silicone and offers to its clients the most common thermoadesive items, normally used on the back of patches or woven labels, as well as metal and microinjected labels which can be directly fixed on clothes with rivets and traditional transfer labels, them too, directly applicable to clothes.

E’ la nuova frontiera dell’abbigliamento “termosaldato”. Per la stagione AW 14-15 Reca Group, azienda specializzata nella produzione di etichette, cartellini e packaging, propone la nuova collezione Seamless label realizzata con film in poliuretano termoadesivo. Leggero, sottile e altamente elastico, studiato per la decorazione di capi d’abbigliamento, accessori di moda e accessori sportivi, il poliuretano termoadesivo è la nuova tecnologia ideata per i capi senza cuciture, rappresentando un’ottima alternativa estetica per i designers attenti alle innovazioni. Le etichette Seamless sono resistenti ai raggi UV e agli agenti atmosferici; resistenti ai lavaggi in acqua e a secco, ai cicli di asciugatura ad aria e al ferro da stiro.  Adatte per l’applicazione senza cuciture su prodotti realizzati con tessuti naturali o sintetici, sono testate per stare al contatto con la pelle delicata dei bambini.
Avviata la ricerca anche nel campo del silicone in microiniezione applicabile a caldo, Reca Group mette a disposizione della propria clientela anche i più comuni termoadesivi, utilizzati sul retro di patch e di etichette tessute, etichette in metallo e in microiniezione che si possono rivettare al capo e i classici transfer anch’essi direttamente applicabili al capo.
